Abstract

Among bonding methods used in making cellulosic and synthetic Nonwovens depending on the type of product and quality characteristics. Thermal bonding with latex bonding is suitable multiple bonding. latex bonding affected only surface nonwoven. This process is most suitable for webs with a low basis weight. In high basis weight central part of web not created binding, and causing a lead to web delamination but in Thermobonding Not happen this phenomenon and wide range of products can be made with this type of bonding. All thermal bonding methods provide strong bond points that are resistant to hostile environment and to many solvents too. So if you use wood pulp fibers which are biodegradable and environmentally in addition to being bulky fabric, absorbent and soft, also Could be lower price. It is further considered in making nonwovens. The web’s exterior layer receives a light application of latex binder With purpose of primarily dust control to reduce the amount of loose fiber or lint generated in subsequent converting processes. In center of the web is bonded by use of thermoplastic fibers that fuse to the wood pulp. The core of synthetic fibers typically is polypropylene (PP) or polyester (PET) and coated by sheath of polyethylene (PE) with a low melting temperature. The sheath of Synthetic fibers melted The effect of heat and created binding in all regions of the web.
