کامپوزیتها و ژلهای پلیمری مغناطیسی حاوی نانوذرات مگنتیت
امروزه با توسعه دانش و فناوری نانو میتوان در کنار حفظ خواص، با افزودن نانوذرات معدنی، بهویژه ذرات دارای خواص مغناطیسی، قابلیتهای جدیدی را به مواد پلیمری القا کرد. بهمنظور حفظ خواص اولیه، پراکنش نانوذرات در ماتریس پلیمری باید بهخوبی انجام شود. برای بهبود پراکنش در پلیمرهای آلی، راههای گوناگونی ارائه شده است. یکی از آنها، اصلاح سطح نانوذرات با ترکیبات آلی حاوی گروههای عاملدار است که حتی میتوانند در واکنش پلیمرشدن شرکت کنند. اغلب پلیمرهای آلی بهدلیل ماهیت آبگریزی میتوانند از این نانوذرات در برابر تخریبهای محیطی محافظت کنند. نانوذرات و نانوکامپوزیتهای مغناطیسی کاربردهای زیادی در تهیه رنگ، جوهر، حسگرها و ریزپردازندهها، پزشکی، دارورسانی کنترلشده، کاتالیزگرها، تصفیه آب و جداسازی آلایندهها دارند. پلیمرهای مغناطیسی از ویژگیهایی مانند چقرمگی، فرایندپذیری آسان، انعطافپذیری، قابلیت ارتجاعی و زیستسازگاری برخوردارند. بدین سبب و نیز بهدلیل داشتن تغییرات شیمیایی و فیزیکی برگشتپذیر در پاسخ به میدان مغناطیسی خارجی، اهمیت این مواد روزبهروز در حال افزایش است. اصلیترین ویژگی پلیمرهای مغناطیسی، قابلیت آنها در پاسخ به تغییرات میدان مغناطیسی خارجی است. زیرا این پلیمرها وقتی در معرض میدان مغناطیسی خارجی قرار میگیرند، ساختار آنها بهسرعت دچار تغییرات میکروسکوپی میشود. به همین صورت، پس از اینکه اثر میدان مغناطیسی خارجی از بین رفت، بهسرعت بهحالت اولیه خود برمیگردند. ژلها و الاستومرهای پلیمری پاسخگو به میدان مغناطیسی، مثالهایی از این دست هستند که مورد توجه قرار گرفتهاند.

بلوریشدن پلیمرها در مجاورت نانوپرکنندههای کربنی
نانوپرکنندههای کربنی نظیر فولرن، نانوالیاف کربن، نانولوله کربن و گرافن بهدلیل خواص منحصر بهفرد الکتریکی، گرمایی، نوری و مکانیکی بهعنوان دسته جدیدی از نانومواد در سراسر جهان مطرح شدهاند. از مفیدترین کاربردهای آنها تهیه نانوکامپوزیتهای پلیمری است. این مواد موجب بهبود خواص فیزیکی و افزایش کارکرد ماتریس پلیمری میشوند. ارتباط میان خواص، ساختار و شکلشناسی پلیمرها در نانوکامپوزیتها مسیر موثری را برای دستیابی به خواص جدید و مطلوب ساختاری از راه دستکاری ساختار در اختیار میگذارد که در آن بلوریشدن بینسطحی و ساختار بلوری ماتریس از عوامل بحرانی بهشمار میروند. نانوپرکنندههای کربنی کمبعد (LDCNs) از عوامل هستهزای بسیار موثری هستند که موجب شتابیافتن درخور توجه سینتیک بلوریشدن و القای شکلشناسیهای بلوری منحصر بهفرد در نانوکامپوزیتها میشوند. در این مقاله، پس از مرور LDCN دوبعدی و مشتقات آن، درباره سینتیک بلوریشدن ناشی از LDCNs با و بدون میدانهای جریان، اصلاح بلوری و شکلشناسی بلوری بینقطبی، منشا بلوریشدن پلیمر با وجود LDCNs و اساس شبیهسازی مولکولی و مطالعات تجربی، منابع فعلی درباره بلوریشدن القایی پلیمر در مجاورت LDCN دوبعدی در پلیپروپیلن تکنظم (iPP) و پلیاتیلن بحث میشود.

کامپوزیتهای الکتروریسیشده بر پایه پلیکاپرولاکتون در مهندسی بافت استخوان
بافت استخوان طبیعی در اثر شکستگیها و پیری دچار نقص میشود. با توجه به روند خودترمیمی طولانیمدت یا بازسازینشدن در آسیبهای شدید، موضوع مهندسی بافت مطرح شده است. مهمترین عوامل موفقیت در مهندسی بافت، بهکارگیری سلول و داربست مناسب است. بدین منظور، سلولهای متنوعی همچون استخوانسازها و سلولهای بنیادی جنینی و مزانشیمی استفاده میشوند. ولی ویژگیهای منحصربهفرد سلولهای مزانشیمی موجب شد تا کاربرد گستردهای در حوزه مهندسی بافت پیدا کنند. فنون مختلفی مانند الکتروریسی نیز برای ساخت داربست وجود دارد. روش الکتروریسی بهدلیل شباهت نانوالیاف با ماتریس خارج سلولی بافت طبیعی، قابلیت انتخاب مواد مختلف، نسبت سطح به حجم زیاد الیاف و بازسازی هرچه بیشتر بافت نسبت به سایر روشها مورد توجه قرارگرفتهاست. پلیکاپرولاکتون زیستپلیمری سنتزی است که بهطور گسترده در کاربردهای پزشکی استفاده میشود. مهمترین مزایای استفاده از این نوع پلیمر، استحکام مکانیکی زیاد، فراورشپذیری ساده، سمیت کم و تحریک ضعیف سامانه ایمنی است. بهطور عمده پلیمرها را بهمنظور دستیابی به خواص مکانیکی مطلوب با سرامیکها کامپوزیت میکنند. داربستهای مهندسی بافت استخوان باید زیستسازگار، زیستتخریبپذیر، مستحکم، متخلخل، دارای اندازه تخلخل میکرومتری و از نظر شکلشناسی، صاف، یکنواخت و بدون گره باشند. همچنین، زبری سطحی و آبدوست بودن غشا سبب آسانشدن رفتارهای سلولی میشود. هدف از این پژوهش، ارزیابی و مشخصهیابی داربستهای الکتروریسیشده بر پایه پلیکاپرولاکتون در بازسازی و ترمیم بافت استخوان بودهاست.

پلیمرهای پاسخگو به کربن دیاکسید: 1- مفاهیم بنیادی و دستهبندی
سامانههای پاسخگو به محرک که قابلیت پاسخگویی به محرکهای داخلی یا خارجی را از طریق رفتارهای حالت گذار دارند، از زمینههای علمی مورد توجه در عرصه مواد هوشمند هستند. در سالهای اخیر، استفاده از کربن دیاکسید (CO2) بهعنوان محرک در سامانههای هوشمند توجه زیادی را جلب کرده است. زیرا این ماده ارزان، در دسترس و در طبیعت فراوان است. برخی از مواد پاسخگو به CO2 شامل پلیمرها، لاتکسها، حلالها، حلشوندهها، ژلها، عوامل سطحفعال و کاتالیزگرها هستند. مواد پاسخگو به CO2 تغییر حالت برگشتپذیر (از حالت خنثی به باردار یا برعکس) در پاسخ به تغییرات محیطی نشان میدهند. ویژگی بسیار مهم این سامانهها، انباشته نشدن CO2 در طول حالتهای گذار در سامانه طی چرخههای تکرارشونده است. شرط پاسخگوبودن به CO2 در سامانهها، وجود بخشهای پاسخگو به CO2 در ساختار مواد است. این بخشها میتوانند عامل سطحفعال، مونومر، آغازگر یا حلال باشند. در کار حاضر، ابتدا به شرح مفاهیم شیمیایی گروههای عاملی پاسخگو به CO2 و ارائه اصول اساسی پاسخگویی به CO2 پرداخته میشود. در میان مواد پاسخگو به CO2 که توسعه یافتهاند، مواد بر پایه پلیمر از اهمیت خاصی برخوردارند. بنابر این در ادامه برخی از کاربردها، شامل سامانههای پلیمرهای پاسخگو به CO2، مرور میشوند.

مروری بر کاربرد فناوری چاپ سهبعدی در سامانههای نوین دارورسانی
در فرایند چاپ سهبعدی، اجسام بهکمک مدل دیجیتالی با قرارگیری لایهبهلایه مواد روی هم ساخته میشوند. در سالهای اخیر، کاربرد روش چاپ سهبعدی در ساخت فراوردههای دارویی با قابلیت رهایش کنترلشده دارو مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. از مزایای این روش میتوان به قابلیت ساخت اشکال دارویی سفارشی برای هر بیمار با شکل هندسی پیچیده همراه با بارگذاری همزمان چند دارو و مواد افزودنی مختلف اشاره کرد. این فن برای ساخت فراوردههای حاوی داروهای کممحلول، پپتیدها، داروهای قوی و دستیابی به الگوی رهایش چنددارویی استفاده میشود. اشکال دارویی چاپشده با این روش بر اساس نیاز هر بیمار با درنظر گرفتن سن، نژاد، وزن و جنسیت دارای اثربخشی بیشتر و سمیت و عوارض جانبی کمتر هستند. چاپگرهای سهبعدی از لحاظ روش کار و نوع مواد اولیه، انواع مختلفی دارند. در عرصه پزشکی سه نوع چاپگر شامل چاپگرهای رسوبی نازلی، جوهرافشان و لیتوگرافی سهبعدی رایجتر هستند. ضروری است، برای بهدست آوردن نیمرخ رهایش مطلوب دارو، پارامترهایی مانند پایداری دارو و ظرفیت بارگذاری آن در هر روش چاپ درنظر گرفته شوند. در این مقاله، فن چاپ سهبعدی و سختافزارهای آن معرفی و پژوهشهای انجامشده در سالهای اخیر در زمینه رهایش کنترلشده دارو نیز مرور میشود.

مروری کوتاه بر اثر پارامترهای مواد بر عمر کاربری پیشرانه جامد کامپوزیتی بر پایه پلیبوتادیان با گروه هیدروکسیل انتهایی
مطالعه اثر پارامترهای مواد بر عمر کاربری کامپوزیتهای پرانرژی بر پایه پلیبوتادیان با هیدروکسیل انتهایی (HTPB) برای تولید دانههای متوسط و بزرگ حائز اهمیت است. در این مقاله، افزایش عمر کاربری کامپوزیتهای پرانرژی بر پایه HTPB، از راه بهکارگیری سامانه پخت دوگانه متشکل از TDI و IPDI مطالعه شدهاست. همچنین، اثر دو کاتالیزگر پخت دیبوتیلتین دیلورات (DBTDL) و فریک تریس استیلاستونات (FeAA) بر واکنش پخت و میزان عمر کاربری مطالعه شدهاست. افزایش عمر کاربری کامپوزیتهای پرانرژی با استفاده از پارامترهای مواد نظیر نوع عامل پخت، کاتالیزگر، نرمکننده و ریزساختار رزین HTPB انجامپذیر است. این کار با استفاده از عوامل پخت یگانه و دوگانه و مقایسه آنها با یکدیگر، همچنین تغییر درصد کاتالیزگر و نرمکننده و استفاده از HTPB با درصد سیس و ترانس زیاد انجامپذیر است. برای دوغاب کامپوزیتهای پرانرژی بیشترین گرانروی برای سامانه TDI، کمترین گرانروی برای IPDI و سامانه عامل پخت دوگانه دارای گرانروی متعادل و بهینه است. ثابتهای سرعت k1 و k2 برای هردو سامانه HTPB-IPDI و HTPB-TDI با افزایش غلظت کاتالیزگر زیادشده و با افزایش محتوای وینیلی در ریزساختار HTPB، گرانروی افزایش مییابد. با ازدیاد محتوای سیس و ترانس و کاهش محتوای وینیلی درصد ازدیاد طول بهبود یافته و عمر کاربری افزایش مییابد.
