The physical and chemical properties of these polymers are increasingly expanding their range of applications. However, they cannot be degraded in the environment for a long time and produce toxic substances during their prolonged degradation processes. Replacing oil-based plastics by biodegradable plastics with sustainable sources could be an environmentally friendly solution. An important group of biopolymers are polyhydroxyalkanoates, which are naturally produced by some microorganisms under nutrient stress conditions and act as carbon and energy reserve. Many studies have used different methods such as genetic engineering, optimization of production conditions and utilization of inexpensive culture media such as waste waters, to produce, increase the amount, or reduce the production costs of these biopolymers by organisms. In this paper, the production of polyhydroxyalkanoates in wild and transgenic organisms and the economic aspects of replacing chemical plastics with these natural polymers are reviewed. Cost is a critical and limiting factor in the biopolymer production industry. Therefore, their production is not yet able to compete with the chemical plastics industry. Efforts by researchers and craftsmen around the world to reduce production costs continue. Undoubtedly, in the near future, due to the high pollution caused by chemical plastics and also the decline of fossil fuels consumption, the cost of producing these natural plastics will be justified.}, keywords = {Biodegradable plastic,polyhydroxyalkanoate,Polyhydroxybutyrate,Transgenic organism,Industrial production of bioplastic}, title_fa = {مروری بر روش‌های تولید پلیمرهای طبیعی پلی‌هیدروکسی‌آلکانوات‌ با تکیه بر بهینه‌سازی بهره‌وری}, abstract_fa = {امروزه پلاستیک‌ها از‌ جمله پرکاربرد‌ترین مواد در زندگی بشر هستند. ویژگی‌های فیزیکی و شیمیایی این پلیمرها، روز به روز طیف کاربرد آن‌ها را وسیع‌تر کرده ‌است. پلاستیک‌های سنتزی، منشأ غیر تجدیدپذیر داشته، در مقابل تجزیۀ طبیعی سرسخت بوده و طی روند تخریب طولانی خود در طبیعت، مواد سمی تولید می‌کنند. جایگزین‌کردن پلاستیک‌های مشتق از نفت با پلاستیک‌های زیست‌تخریب‌پذیر دارای منابع پایدار، می‌تواند یک راه‌ حل دوست‌دار محیط زیست باشد. دستۀ مهمی از پلیمرهای زیستی، پلی‌هیدروکسی‌آلکانوات‌ها هستند که به‌طور طبیعی توسط برخی میکروارگانیسم‌ها در شرایط استرس مواد غذایی، به‌عنوان مواد ذخیره‌ای تولید می‌شوند. تلاش‌های بسیاری همچون روش‌های مهندسی ژنتیک، بهینه‌سازی شرایط تولید و استفاده از محیط کشت‌های ارزان قیمتی مانند پساب‌ها به‌‌منظور ساخت، افزایش مقدار و یا کاهش هزینه‌های تولید این پلی‌استرهای زیستی در موجودات زنده صورت ‌گرفته ‌است. این مطالعه، به مرور تولید پلی‌هیدروکسی‌آلکانوات‌ها در ارگانیسم‌های وحشی و تراریخت و به بررسی جنبه‌های اقتصادی جایگزینی پلاستیک‌های شیمیایی با این پلیمرهای طبیعی پرداخته‌ است. هزینه، یک عامل حیاتی و محدودکننده در صنعت تولید این پلیمرهای زیستی است، لذا این صنعت هنوز قادر به رقابت با صنعت تولید پلاستیک‌های شیمیایی نیست. تلاش‌های پژوهش‌گران و صنعت‌گران جهان به‌منظور کاهش هزینه‌های تولید، همچنان ادامه دارد. بدون شک در آینده‌ای نه‌چندان دور، به‌دلیل آلودگی بالای ناشی از پلاستیک‌های شیمیایی و همچنین با محدود‌شدن مصرف سوخت‌های فسیلی، هزینه تولید این پلاستیک‌های طبیعی قابل توجیه خواهد بود.}, keywords_fa = {پلاستیک زیست‌تخریب‌پذیر,پلی‌هیدروکسی‌آلکانوات‌ها,پلی‌هیدروکسی‌بوتیرات,ارگانیسم تراریخت,تولید صنعتی پلاستیک زیستی}, url = {http://basparesh.ippi.ac.ir/article_1686.html}, eprint = {http://basparesh.ippi.ac.ir/article_1686_aaf886d2c51fbca889c56812544d14be.pdf} }
