In order to achieve the polyethylene melt stability against thermal oxidation phenomena, the use of stabilizers is a key factor for the preservation of physical and chemical properties. In recent years, various natural stabilizers during the melting process of polyethylene have been of interest to the researchers, since during storage of food in packaging containers produced with synthetic stabilizers, these additives can migrate to food and endanger human health. Some natural stabilizers are phenolic compounds in plant sources that have higher resistance to synthetic stabilizers at high temperatures and have higher melt stability. In this paper, the effect of several natural stabilizers on the polyethylene melt stability is investigated. Stability performance is determined by measuring rheological properties, thermal oxidation stability and polymer color. The results of the flow index measurement of polyethylene containing these natural stabilizers show that the viscosity changes are insignificant during the melt process, but the synthetic stabilizers undergo changes in their molten flow index and it is degraded during the melt process. On the other hand, the evaluation of yellowness index shows that the natural stabilizer affects the color of polyethylene. However, despite this slight weakness of natural stabilizers, it can be used to prevent heat damage in cases where the color of the product is a secondary issue. As a result, natural stabilizers can be a good alternative to synthetic stabilizers during the melting process of polyethylene.}, keywords = {natural stabilizer,polyethylene,melt processing,viscosity,thermal degradation}, title_fa = {مروری بر تأثیر پایدارکننده‌های طبیعی در فراورش مذاب پلی‌اتیلن}, abstract_fa = {پلی‌اتیلن طی فرایندهای مذاب در معرض گرما، تنش برشی و اکسیژن دچار تخریب گرمایی می‌شود. به‌منظور دست‌یابی به پایداری مذاب پلی‌اتیلن در برابر پدیده‌های اکسایش گرمایی، استفاده از پایدارکننده‌ها عامل کلیدی در حفظ خواص فیزیکی و شیمیایی است. در سال‌های اخیر، پایدارکننده‌های طبیعی مختلف حین فراورش مذاب پلی‌اتیلن‌ها مورد توجه پژوهشگران بوده است. زیرا طی نگه‌داری مواد غذایی در ظروف بسته‌بندی تولید شده با پایدارکننده‌های سنتزی، این افزودنی‌ها می‌توانند به مواد غذایی مهاجرت کنند و باعث به‌خطر افتادن سلامت انسان شوند. برخی از پایدارکننده‌های طبیعی، ترکیبات فنولی موجود در منابع گیاهی هستند که نسبت به پایدارکننده‌های سنتزی مقاومت بیشتر در دماهای زیاد و پایداری مذاب بیشتری دارند. در این مقاله، اثر چند پایدارکننده طبیعی بر پایداری مذاب پلی‌اتیلن بررسی می‌شود. عملکرد پایدارکنندگی با اندازه‌گیری خواص رئولوژیکی، پایداری اکسایش گرمایی و رنگ پلیمر تعیین می‌شود. نتایج حاصل از اندازه‌گیری شاخص جریان مذاب پلی‌اتیلن دارای این پایدارکننده‌های طبیعی نشان داد، گرانروی در طول فرایند مذاب به مقدار کمتری تغییر می‌کند. اما در صورت استفاده از پایدارکننده‌های سنتزی، تغییر در شاخص جریان مذاب ادامه می‌یابد و مذاب در طول فرایند دچار تخریب می‌شود. از سوی دیگر، بررسی شاخص زردی نشان داد، پایدارکننده طبیعی باعث تغییر رنگ پلی‌اتیلن می‌شود. اما، با وجود این نقطه ضعف جزئی از پایدارکننده‌های طبیعی می‌توان برای جلوگیری از تخریب گرمایی در مواردی استفاده کرد که رنگ محصول در درجه دوم اهمیت قرار دارد. در نتیجه، پایدارکننده‌های طبیعی می‌توانند جایگزین مناسبی برای پایدارکننده‌های سنتزی در حین فرایند مذاب پلی‌اتیلن باشند.}, keywords_fa = {پایدارکننده طبیعی,پلی اتیلن,گرانروی,فراورش مذاب,تخریب گرمایی}, url = {http://basparesh.ippi.ac.ir/article_1523.html}, eprint = {http://basparesh.ippi.ac.ir/article_1523_e478dca083ffa2116026488d9c5b2b25.pdf} }
